When will I receive my order?
Depending on your location, usually between 3 to 5 business days within Canada and up to 10 business days or more for the United States.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please email us with a clear photo of the item to: email@example.com
Please be sure to include details of the product and the defect. You will the receive additional instructions on how to return the defective item, once we have received all required information regarding the defect.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Return shipping costs and exchanges are not covered by the shop and must be paid by the customer.
How do I cancel my order?
You have 48 hours to cancel your order. Simply email us within 48 hours with your request to cancel your order. Kindly provide your name and order number in the email along with the subject: CANCEL ORDER #
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel orders placed beyond 48 hours as your order will have been processed, shipped and on its way!
