We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please email us with a clear photo of the item to: info@woonataibruno.com
Please be sure to include details of the product and the defect. You will the receive additional instructions on how to return the defective item, once we have received all required information regarding the defect.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Return shipping costs and exchanges are not covered by the shop and must be paid by the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
